My name is Jacqueline Navarro, my journey in the dental field began when I started as a CSR at a pediatric dental corporation. At the time, I was simply looking for an opportunity while I went to college, but instead, I found a passion for an industry that would completely shape my career.
I quickly learned that dentistry was much more than scheduling appointments, answering calls, or discussing fees. Behind every successful practice was a meticulously designed system often times outdated. I became determined to learn every aspect of it.
After my first year, I transitioned into accounts receivable and billing, where I immersed myself in the financial and operational side of dentistry. I spent years learning how practices function behind the scenes and how even small operational changes could significantly impact growth, productivity, and patient satisfaction.

As my experience grew, so did my responsibilities.
I moved into leadership and management roles where I oversaw multi-practice financial operations. I implemented systems to improve accountability, increase revenue, train teams, analyzed reports to identify areas of improvement, managed credentialing processes, and helped create more efficient workflows across organizations.
What shaped me most throughout my career was that much of my experience came through hands-on learning. My journey taught me how to adapt quickly, think critically, and lead with both structure and empathy.
Throughout my journey, I began to recognize an unsettling pattern across the offices I worked with. I noticed that a vast majority of practices struggle with inefficiencies, communication breakdowns, and operational gaps. What stood out to me most was that these challenges were rarely the cause of lack of effort.
Over time, I developed a deep understanding of how every department within an organization connects. I learned that successful organizations are not built solely on production numbers. They are built through strong systems, communication, accountability, leadership, and patient trust.
Today, my goal is to use the knowledge and experience I’ve gained throughout my career to help practices strengthen operations, improve team performance, create better patient experiences, and build sustainable growth.
My background has allowed me to see dentistry from nearly every operational angle, and that perspective is what ultimately led me to create JN Dental Consulting.
Structure is not about control.
It is about creating an environment where excellence is repeatable.
